The nursing database CINAHL has a good way to find articles with graphs. First, think of a topic to search. Then follow these steps:
1. Get into CINAHL and do a search for your topic.
2. From the results screen, click on Advanced Search (beneath the search box.)
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the advanced search options to Image Quick View Types.
4. Check mark graph and click the search button.
You'll see thumbnail images of graphs for each result. You can choose a line graph from there.
