Q. I'm trying to log in. What's an R1 error?

A "R1" error usually means you mistyped your Sinclair Tartan ID number or have forgotten to add leading zeros.

Make sure you are typing in 9 digits for your ID. Example: 000xxxxxx

If your Tartan number shows only six, or seven numbers, add enough zeros to the front to make it nine.
