Yes. The Declaration of Independence and other documents important to the founding of the United States are on display in the lobby of Building 1, also known as the Freedom Shrine. Walk up the northeast stairs towards the Tartan Marketplace. Take the doors to your right to enter the Freedom Shrine/Building 1 lobby.
