If you are on the campus computers and if you are using Internet Explorer, try switching to Firefox. If you are using Firefox, you need to use Firefox version 21 or higher. You may have to click refresh your App V to see Firefox 21 on the desktop.
If you are on your own laptop or off-campus, there should not be any problems. If you have the ability to use Chrome as a browser, try switching to that if you do have a problem. It seems to work fine there.
