If you are looking for articles that are Full Text only, it will depend on the database. All EBSCO databases have an option on the left menu allowing you to select full text. (See Image 1) The Opposing Viewpoints database has the full text option under "Advanced". (See Image 2) There are some databases that just do not have full text, and they usually have the words "index" or "citation" in their name. 

If you are searching our LibSearch, you might want to check the "Full Text" option on the search box before you run your search. That will save you the trouble of trying to locate it on the results page. (See Image 3)
